Starting a WordPress Blog - Clearing the Decks for Action

You have your new shiny WordPress blog installed and you've just logged in for the very first time! Now what? Keeping this simple, as I do, you just need to delete the silly "WordPress stuff" that's left behind by the installation software. So you'll see a sample post, aka "Hello World" - so delete it. And a sample Page too - so delete it. Check out the links to Wordpress - delete all of them! And plugins? Yes there will be Akismet and Jetpack. These are fine for hobby bloggers but we are business bloggers, so we delete
